[edit] Firmware Update Procedure
Please make sure:
- The serial port mode is upgrade mode.
- DIP switch is off-off position.
- Make sure the RS232 cable is NULL modem cable. If there is no NULL modem cable, please use Virtual COM for upgrading.
- Use 19200 Bd, 8-N-1 on both the device server and the host pc.
- After upgrading firmware with manager software, reboot the serial device server and re-enter your settings (like baudrate, IP address etc.).
